Where have all the banners gone?

Somebody please tell me... why, oh, why do I not see any banners. At all. Anymore. None. ???? I haven't seen a banner on this site for months. I think it's only me, too. I read about other people seeing the banners, clicking on them, making comments about them. I want to see them too. I do. But they're gone. Poof. I sent in a help request, asking why I no longer see banners (just empty space where the lovely banners used to be). But Andrew is so busy...and Sammy has been gone... Can somebody please tell me what's going on?
